Senior Vice President, Commercial Real Estate
Overview Small enough to care. Big enough to deliver. This role solicits, structures and services a variety of commercial real estate loans working mostly with moderately large and complex real estate loans including investments, development, and construction loans. Responsibilities + Active solicitation of new CRE business and growth of new relationships + Gathering and analyzing CRE due diligence to recommend structure for a credit decision. + Preparing loan presentations for Senior Management + Assuming full responsibility for quality, completeness, and accuracy of all documentation in the loan portfolio. + Ensuring the CRE loan portfolio is actively managed for covenants, maturities, and risk rating recommendations. + Gaining comprehensive knowledge of all bank products to cross sell Retail, Treasury Management and Wealth Management. + Contributing to Bank's overall management objectives by participating in leadership meetings and supporting bank goals + Participating in a variety of community-oriented and professional organizations Qualifications + Bachelor’s degree or equivalent combination of post high school education and related work experience Compensation Hiring Pay Range: $180,000 - $240,000The starting pay range for this position is commensurate with experience. The compensation offered to a candidate may be influenced by a variety of factors including skills, qualifications, experience, and location.
