Senior Vice President, Cybersecurity & Technology Audit

What does a successful Senior Vice President, Cybersecurity & Technology Audit do at Fiserv?

The Senior Vice President of Cybersecurity and Technology Audit, will collaborate closely with the Chief Audit Executive to craft, prioritize, and execute a cutting-edge audit engagement strategy framework, to be deployed and managed enterprise-wide. This strategy will drive key initiatives across the Corporate Assurance & Advisory Services team and the Fiserv cybersecurity and technology audit sectors, ensuring their seamless implementation, ongoing success, and tangible value. This pivotal role offers significant exposure to the Executive Team and Board Committees.

What you will do:

Establish a sustainable and risk-based process to ensure audit coverage for the Cybersecurity and Technology auditable entities within FiservLead or support various due diligence activities for potential transactions, including potential initiatives tied to merger integration activities.Develop and incorporate appropriate strategies to incorporate and apply automation and continuous monitoring techniques into the audit plan for the relevant auditable entities.Provide insight to the Chief Audit Executive and executive management through consultation and proactive communication.Provide subject matter expertise as necessary for high-profile incidents, and prepare detailed reports on finding and suggestive corrective actions.Serve as a liaison and representative as necessary in regulatory interactions.Lead and build a team of highly effective auditors

What you will need to have:

15+ years of relevant audit, technology, or risk experience with progressive leadership responsibilities in a governmental agency, military institution, law enforcement, Fortune 500 environment, or leading professional services firm.10+ years of experience leading strategic technology, audit, or risk program initiatives.Bachelor's degree.

What would be great to have:

Relevant graduate degree.Financial Services industry experience.Relevant professional certifications, such as CIA, CISA, CISSP, and working knowledge of NIST and COSO, or other alternative frameworks.
