About the Role:

As the Senior Vice President (SVP) of Human Resources, you will lead the organization’s HR Business Partner function and serve as a strategic partner to the executive leadership team. In this key leadership role, you will be responsible for developing and executing HR strategies that align with the overall business goals, fostering a positive workplace culture, and ensuring the organization attracts, develops, and retains top talent.

\n Requirements\n\n\n\n\n\n\n\n\n\n\n

What you Bring:

\n\nExperience leading through influence, and a track record of partnering with an executive team to impact business strategy and drive organizational success.\nStrong business acumen, with the ability to understand the organization’s financial, operational, and strategic drivers and align HR initiatives accordingly.\nPast performance of leading successful HR transformation initiatives, including process improvement, technology implementation, and organizational change management.\nSound judgement and decision-making capabilities, particularly in complex situations.\nThe willingness and desire to be both a strategic business partner leading a team of leaders, and a high execution individual contributor.\n\n
