As the SVP of Public Markets, you will drive growth and expansion for HUB Investment Partners in the governmental plans market. You will be responsible for identifying and capitalizing on new business opportunities, building and maintaining strong relationships with potential clients, and developing strategies to achieve sales targets and revenue goals. In addition to business develop you will be responsible for managing key relationships while overseeing client service deliverables that meet client expectations and reinforce HUB’s reputation as a competent, professional and ethical institutional partner.
Key Responsibilities / Duties:
Identify and pursue new business opportunities through market research, networking, and lead generation.Build and maintain strong relationships with prospective clients, understanding their business needs and offering customized solutions.Develop and execute effective sales strategies and plans to achieve sales targets and revenue goals.Maintain and manage key institutional relationships.Conduct in-depth market analysis to identify trends, competitive landscape, and potential areas for business expansion.Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop and implement business development initiatives, proposals, and presentations.Provide timely and accurate sales forecasts, reports, and updates to management.Act as a brand ambassador, representing the company at industry events, conferences, and networking opportunities.Work closely with the marketing team to develop and implement effective marketing campaigns and strategies.Continuously enhance the institutional consulting processes and methodologies to drive efficiency and effectiveness.Qualifications:
