Reporting directly to the Chief Operating Officer, this executive role is responsible for driving operational excellence, safety, and client satisfaction while spearheading business growth. With a focus on delivering superior mobility services, you will lead a high-performing team, manage multi-site operations, and build strong relationships with public and private sector partners. The salary range for this position is $240,000-$270,000 annually. What You Will Do + Lead with Safety First: Champion a culture of safety for passengers and employees. + Drive Operational Excellence: Oversee regional operations, ensuring financial, customer service, and performance targets are met. + Deliver Strategic Growth: Partner with Business Development to expand Transdev’s footprint and successfully launch new operations. + Foster Strong Client Relationships: Serve as a trusted advisor to public and private sector partners, ensuring service excellence. + Lead a High-Performance Team: Develop and empower regional leaders, including General Managers, HR, Safety, Maintenance, and Finance teams. + Navigate Labor Relations: Guide negotiations and maintain productive relationships with organized labor. What You Bring + High School Diploma or GED. Bachelors Degree preferred. + 8+ years of executive transit operations leadership experience, including multi-site management. + Proven success in business development and client relationship management. + Strong financial and strategic planning skills with expertise in budget management. + High adaptability in a mobile environment with up to 75% travel.
