Key Responsibilities:
Develop strategies to implement the vision of Ownership across the portfolio to the highest degree of excellencePromote the continuous enhancement of the client’s unique brand and approach to commercial property managementEstablish strong partnerships with service providers engaged in operational and hospitality-oriented activities at the propertiesServe as direct management oversight and provide on-going training to the on-site teams focusing on hospitality and operational excellenceWork closely with on-site teams to ensure flawless execution of daily operations and initiative implementationConduct regular update meetings with the on-site teams to ensure the continuous evolution and enhancement of service. Align the JLL service delivery model to meet and exceed asset/portfolio performance objectives.Implement new customer relations policies or procedures to ensure the highest level of current and future customer satisfactionMeet annual business growth objectives by overseeing the development of programs that elevate the tenant experience across the portfolioDevelop a working knowledge of JLL platform resources including marketing, research, technology and core best practices to enhance client strategy effortsFoster a culture of collaboration, teamwork and trust locally, regionally and globallyBuild High Performing Teams - create culture of teamwork, collaboration, and trustEducation:
Bachelor’s degree required from a four-year college or university with outstanding academic achievementExperience:/Skills/Knowledge:
10 + years proven operational success in the commercial real estate services industry, preferably in the aforementioned regionsStrategic relationships within the industry with a philosophy focusing on brand and overall tenant experienceUnderstanding of hospitality principles and an elevated service offering; experience implementing samePossess the following qualities: entrepreneurial, self-starter mindset, strong communicator, passionate about role and CRE, strength in follow up and follow through, tenacious, and have the aptitude to learn the relationship management businessDemonstrated ability to collaborate and build consensus with the peer group and within the organizationEstimated total compensation for this position:
400,000.00 – 400,000.00 USD per yearThe total compensation range is an estimate and not guaranteed. An employment offer is based on an applicant's education, experience, skills, abilities, geographic location, internal equity and alignment with market data .
