Offer Based on Years of Experience Territory West Coast Travel 40%+ What You Need to Know The Senior Vice President Home Health Operations is responsible for overseeing Home Health operations and sales activities to ensure the financial/clinical success of the organization, as directed by the President of Home Health. In addition, s/he will be responsible for oversight of the Home Health clinical application, including monitoring the rollout of the application to existing branches, as well as newly acquired locations. This position will interface with internal clinical management and resources to ensure that standards for documentation of care are met by products developed within the software and that these solutions are well integrated into clinical workflow and training protocols. Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration or related discipline required; Master’s degree or PhD is preferred; 15+ years’ experience in senior level management operations oversight of healthcare, home health and/or hospice clinical care delivery. Track record of managing multiple priorities simultaneously, and meeting reporting deadlines. Outstanding communicator and possesses the self-confidence to work comfortably with all levels of the organization. Ability to communicate with coworkers with varying levels of technical expertise Excellent written and verbal communication skills. Excellent interpersonal/listening skills. Excellent problem solving and task analysis skills. Excellent time management, prioritization and organizational skills. Ability to work in a fast paced, multi-task environment with competing priorities. Proficient in interacting with and creating a collaborative working environment among technical and non-technical employees, as well as multiple levels of management.
