**The Role:**
You will report to the Executive Vice President of Specialty Product and Network and will be responsible for providing comprehensive senior leadership and strategic vision to our provider network team to support our organization's ongoing growth and product diversification strategy.; You will lead provider network engagement and development efforts across all our products, with a keen focus on new market network builds, and will drive provider engagement activities.; Your scope of responsibility will include the management and development of new market entry and product expansion strategies including network composition and pricing as well as leading and operationalizing the contract build, pricing, and execution of the network growth plan.; You'll act as a thought and execution leader, providing the organization and individual markets with both the strategic and operational leadership necessary to analyze, design, implement, and leverage next level provider partnerships and programs.
You will oversee the areas of Corporate Network Policy and Planning, Network Strategy and Analytics, Network Development and New Business Activation, and Network Pricing.
The successful candidate will be a strong leader who demonstrates a deep understanding of network contracting.
**Key Responsibilities**
+ Manage the development of new market entry and product expansion strategies.
+ Oversee ongoing provider engagement.
+ Create a strategy to develop creative and innovative partnerships with providers, driving a differentiated value proposition and growth.
+ Design, develop, and implement market differentiating partnerships, driving profitable growth.
+ Lead the value proposition, network design, segmentation, research, product offerings, and pricing through the development of a strong analytics foundation.
+ Lead the integration of new, cutting-edge technology solutions to the network portfolio.
+ Create and enable a framework for innovation and measurement for all newly established products and services.
**Location:;;** Amerihealth Caritas is headquartered in Newtown Square, PA. If you are located outside this area, travel of approximately 25% will be required.
**Required Experience and Education**
+ 10+ years of progressive senior or executive management experience overseeing network strategy development, provider engagement, contracting, and provider network management operations across multiple products (Medicaid required, Medicare, Exchange/Marketplace, Commercial, PBM, Behavioral Health a plus)
+ Proven experience driving the overall Network Management strategy, structure and discipline across multiple products and markets.
+ Experience working within a complex business model and navigating through matrixed organizational structures.
+ Experience in the design and implementation of end-to-end integrated network management strategy for new as well as existing markets.
+ Strong financial acumen.
+ Proven ability to develop effective and excellent relationships at all levels of the company.
+ Bachelor's degree required; graduate degree in business, health care administration, finance or related fields preferred.
