**Description** **Overview:** Leidos is seeking a **video-focused multimedia professional** who excels in conceptual problem-solving and can translate customer requirements into compelling, visually engaging video and multimedia products to support instructional and training objectives. This role is ideal for a seasoned video editor who can also contribute across the multimedia spectrum, including illustration, animation, and interactive content. **Primary Responsibilities:** + Lead the **editing and production of high-quality instructional and promotional videos** , ensuring alignment with client goals and learning objectives + Incorporate motion graphics, transitions, audio elements, and visual storytelling techniques to elevate training content + Collaborate with Instructional Systems Designers to bring storyboard concepts to life through video + Create a variety of multimedia assets including illustrations, infographics, animations, and interactive e-learning products + Maintain and apply consistent branding and visual standards using established style guides + Conduct **video quality assurance checks** , including timing, pacing, sync, and graphic accuracy + Develop and maintain **standardized video and multimedia templates** for repeatable use + Utilize project management tools (e.g., Jira) to track tasks, milestones, and workflow + Attend regular team meetings and contribute to the creative process **Required Qualifications:** + Active TS/SCI with polygraph + Bachelor’s degree with 12+ years of experience or Master’s with 10+ years + Advanced proficiency in **Adobe Creative Suite** , especially **Premiere Pro, After Effects, Audition, and Photoshop** + Strong portfolio demonstrating **video editing, motion graphics, and audio syncing** + Experience with video compression, encoding, and optimizing files for various platforms + Solid understanding of traditional illustration principles such as perspective, composition, and layout + Ability to work across a range of visual styles and techniques **Desired Qualifications:** + Experience creating video from instructional or e-learning storyboards + Animation and motion graphics experience + Familiarity with gamification concepts + Proficiency in tools such as **Adobe Captivate or Lectura** + 3D modeling experience in Maya or equivalent tools + Experience with collaborative project tools like **Jira or Trello** **Original Posting:** April 9, 2025 For U.S. Positions: While subject to change based on business needs, Leidos reasonably anticipates that this job requisition will remain open for at least 3 days with an anticipated close date of no earlier than 3 days after the original posting date as listed above. **Pay Range:** Pay Range $101,400.00 - $183,300.00 The Leidos pay range for this job level is a general guideline onlyand not a guarantee of compensation or salary.
