Job Description **Salary for this position is between 140-150K depending on years of experience. Responsibilities:  · Oversee activities related to monitoring, administering, and ensuring recoverability of and adherence to VMWare standards (policies, something along those lines).  · Manage technical infrastructure and application environments.  · Manage and monitor the capture and virtualization of production data.  · Manage the evaluation of server implementations that capture virtualization requirements.  · Ensure STIGs are correctly implemented to secure the virtualization infrastructure.  · Manage the encryption infrastructure for the hardware environment.  · Manage, design, plan, build, configure and maintain the virtual server infrastructure. Skills and Requirements Requirements:  · Bachelor's Degree in Business or IT related field with five (5) or more years of experience in determining information technology effects on the organizational structure and determining the ability that IT can support/meet organizational goals. A Master's Degree and 3+ years of experience or a PhD and 0+ years of experience may be substituted.  · Must possess an Interim or Active Secret Clearance  · At least one of the following certifications desired:    o VMWare Certified Professional -- Data Center Virtualization    o VMWare Certified Advanced Professional -- Data Center Virtualization · Experience with the following:    o Identity and Access Management.    o VMWare vSphere version 6 and higher    o VMWare vCenter    o VMware vRealize Suite Cloud Management Platform    o VMWare Continuous Data Protection    o DBaaS in VMWare Cloud    o VMware Aria Suite    o VMWare Cloud Platform    o VMWare NSX    o Familiarity with SAN solutions, ideally Dell EMC VNX    o Experience with backup solutions, ideally Cohesity and Netbackup null We are a company committed to creating diverse and inclusive environments where people can bring their full, authentic selves to work every day.
