About The Role
We are looking for a talented Visual Designer with strong Figma skills to join our team. You will be responsible for designing, building, and prototyping UI components that enhance user experiences for television. You’ll collaborate with cross-functional teams, think critically through design challenges, and explore creative solutions that align with our brand and user needs.
What You’ll Be Doing Design and prototype UI components and user interfaces using Figma. Develop and refine design systems, ensuring consistency across all platforms. Explore multiple design approaches to solve complex UI/UX challenges. Iterate on designs based on feedback and usability testing insights. Effectively communicate design rationale, concepts, and solutions to stakeholders. Collaborate with product managers, developers, and other designers to create engaging user experiences. Stay up to date with UI/UX trends, tools, and best practices.
We’re Excited If You Have Proficiency in Figma (Auto Layout, Components, Prototyping, Variants, etc.). Strong understanding of UI/UX principles, layout, typography, and color theory. Experience designing scalable and reusable UI components. Ability to think critically and iterate on different design solutions. Strong problem-solving skills with a user-centered approach. Excellent communication and collaboration skills. Experience with design handoff to developers and working within design systems. Familiarity with motion design, interactive prototyping, or front-end development is a plus. #LI-AM3
