What You Will Do:
Manage, monitor, and implement changes to the On-Prem Cisco Call Manager and Cisco Contact Center solution to support Census Bureau telephony needs.
Assist in the technical design, review, and integration of additional call center locations to support different service desks/call centers to support Census operations using Cisco Call Manager and Contact Center
In addition to managing the VOIP solution the engineer will also assist in the integration of Cloudflare to Census mobile devices.
What You Will Need:
Bachelor’s degree. In lieu of degree Four (4) additional years of experience will be needed.
At Minimum Six (6) years of IT experience.
Experience as VoIP Engineer.
Expertise in Cisco Call Manager
Expertise in Managing Cisco Contact Center
Experience providing T2/T3 support for voice outages
Experience planning and managing upgrades and general platform monitoring and proactive maintenance
Expertise in application deployment and customizations using Intune.
Hands-on experience installing/configuring/troubleshooting servers
Must be a U.S. Citizen.
Must be able to obtain Public Trust clearance.
Must be willing to work East Coast hours.

The annual salary range for this position is $115,200.00-$172,800.00. Compensation decisions depend on a wide range of factors, including but not limited to skill sets, experience and training, security clearances, licensure and certifications, and other business and organizational needs.
