Senior VP, Technology
Description We are offering an opportunity for a Senior VP, Technology to join our team in Charlottesville, Virginia. The role is centered around the technology industry, with a focus on Cisco Technologies, Cloud Technologies, CRM, and ERP - Enterprise Resource Planning. Responsibilities: • Oversee the development and implementation of technological systems and platforms, including Cisco and Cloud Technologies. • Lead the design and execution of ERP solutions, ensuring alignment with overall business goals. • Spearhead the Agile Scrum methodology within the team to enhance productivity and efficiency. • Conduct regular auditing of IT systems and software to ensure optimal performance and compliance with industry standards. • Manage and negotiate IT-related contracts, ensuring they align with the company's strategic goals and financial limitations. • Keep abreast of AWS Technologies and implement them as necessary to improve business processes. • Oversee and manage the company's computer hardware to ensure it meets company needs and remains updated. • Implement and manage CRM systems to improve customer relationships and enhance customer satisfaction. • Provide strategic direction for the technological development of the company, ensuring it aligns with business goals. • Collaborate with other department heads to identify technological opportunities and implement innovative tech solutions. Requirements • Must hold a bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field; advanced degree is a plus • Extensive experience in a leadership role within the technology sector • Proficiency in Cisco Technologies and Cloud Technologies • Demonstrated experience with CRM, ERP - Enterprise Resource Planning, and ERP Solutions • Familiarity with Agile Scrum methodologies • Proven experience in auditing and contract management • Proficiency in AWS Technologies • Solid understanding of computer hardware • Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written • Strong analytical, strategic planning, and problem-solving skills • Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and meet deadlines • Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to work effectively with a wide range of individuals and teams • Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information with discretion • Must be legally authorized to work in the specified location.
