Job Description:
\nAs the Senior Warehouse Manager, you will oversee daily warehouse activities, manage personnel, and ensure optimal workflow to meet operational goals.

\n\n

Responsibilities:

\n\n\n\tOversee daily warehouse activities, including receiving, sorting, picking, packing, and shipping goods.\n\tManage staff by assigning tasks, providing training, and ensuring an efficient workflow.\n\tCoordinate with other departments to ensure smooth order fulfillment.\n\tMaintain accurate inventory levels through regular cycle counts and stock checks.\n\tIdentify and address inventory discrepancies and shortages.\n\tEnsure adherence to safety regulations and promptly address any safety incidents.\n\tTrack key performance indicators (KPIs) such as on-time delivery, inventory accuracy, and productivity.\n\tAnalyze operational data to identify trends and opportunities for improvement.\n\tDevelop and manage the warehouse budget, including labor costs, inventory expenses, and maintenance.\n\tIdentify cost-saving opportunities and implement cost-reduction strategies.\n\tLead and motivate a team of warehouse supervisors and associates to achieve company goals.\n\n\n

Qualifications:

\n\n\n\tStrong knowledge of warehouse management systems, including CargoWise.\n\t2 + years of experience as a warehouse manager \n\tProficiency in Mandarin (written and spoken).\n\tFamiliarity with WeChat for communication.\n\tExperience with ECCANG software is a plus.\n\tProven experience in warehouse operations and personnel management.\n\tStrong organizational and analytical skills.\n\tExcellent leadership and communication abilities.\n\n\n
