We are seeking a dynamic and experienced **Senior Warehouse Manager** to oversee the daily operations of multiple warehouse facilities within our Southeast division, spanning across multiple states. This role involves managing various aspects of warehouse activities, including inventory control, quality assurance, space management, shipping/receiving, and customer service. For more detailed information, please click here (https://careers.labcorp.com/global/en/us-rewards-and-wellness) **.** **Responsibilities:** + Oversee daily warehouse operations across multiple locations, ensuring optimal performance in quality assurance, inventory control, space management, floor productivity, and customer service. + Manage and ensure proper handling of supplies using Oracle-PeopleSoft and Cerner systems, including cycle counts, inventory turns, replenishment, and bench stock adjustments. + Monitor and review daily productivity reports to ensure alignment with corporate guidelines. + Regularly interact with laboratory teams to review supply usage and address any week-over-week variances. + Ensure accurate monthly inventories are performed across the division, reviewing and approving counts. + Review monthly financial results with the finance department and explain variances. + Collaborate with warehouse leads to analyze productivity, implement actionable plans for loss prevention, and increase overall efficiency. + Assist the VPGM with overseeing multiple client supply warehouses within the division. + Address and resolve client supply concerns in compliance with company policies and guidelines. + Provide dotted line oversight for lab and client supply operations associated with multiple hospital systems. + Train and support employees across the division on how to manage their inventories and perform tasks efficiently. + Supervise contracted custodial and facilities teams to ensure facilities are well-maintained and operational. + Travel to various site locations as required.
