Senior Wealth Advisor

Focus Partners Wealth seeks a motivated and qualified individual for the position of Senior Wealth Advisor. The Senior Wealth Advisor oversees and consults to client accounts. Responsibilities include asset allocation development and review, portfolio oversight and management, client communication, performance reconciliation, and financial planning.
An essential function of the role is to provide support to clients as well as partners of the firm. Specifically, these duties will include monitoring financial markets and client accounts on a daily basis, reviewing client reports and plans for partners of the firm, and meeting with clients in office for quarterly reviews.

Primary responsibilities for this position include:

Creates investment plans. Reviews and reconciles private client performance reports. Assists clients. Researches client issues. Maintains client records. Rebalances client accounts. Prepares client communication. New business development. Assists Partners on client projects as needed. Meets and conducts holistic review meetings with clients.

Qualifications:

7+ years of experience within the financial services industry. Bachelor’s degree required. Must have strong organizational and prioritization skills. Ability to work independently to research and resolve client issues. Must understand appropriate paperwork and procedures necessary to process transactions. Client services oriented. Strong attention to detail. Must be computer literate and proficient with Windows, Word, and Excel. Schwab and Fidelity platform experience is preferred. Ability to multi-task. Ability and willingness to work both independently and within a team. Ability to problem solve and determine effective problem resolutions while complying with corporate, legal, and regulatory requirements.

The annualized base pay range for this role is expected to be between $130 - $140k.  Actual base pay could vary based on factors including but not limited to experience, subject matter expertise, geographic location where work will be performed and the applicant's skill set.  The base pay is just one component of the total compensation package for employees.  Other reward may include an annual cash bonus and a comprehensive benefits package
