Senior Wealth Client Performance Analytics Consultant

About this role:

Wells Fargo is seeking a Senior Wealth Client Performance Analytics Consultant.


In this role, you will:

Lead or participate in supporting financial advisor by providing analytics on existing and prospective clients within Wealth Client AnalyticsReview and analyze investment performance results for use in developing reports for clients, pension consultants, and internal managementPerform intensive market research to track new leads and follow upVerify accuracy of portfolio and benchmark performance results and monitors performance trendsRespond to client request and conduct special analysesCollect data and analyze investment performance results for use in developing reports for clients or internal managementLead team to meet urgent deliverables while leveraging solid understanding of performance analysisCollaborate and consult with peers, managers, marketing staff, and clientsDevelop with marketing, performance reports, for client presentationsServe as mentor

Required Qualifications:

4+ years of Performance Analysis experience, or equivalent demonstrated through one or a combination of the following: work experience, training, military experience, education.


Desired Qualifications:

overall 10+ years of experience and should have knowledge in Performance Analysis6+ years' experience using portfolio performance systems (Performer, First Rate, etc.)Experience working with High-Net-Worth clientsBroad knowledge of investments including complex asset groups (Alternatives, Real Assets, and Options) and understanding of impact to investment performanceAbility to identify and articulate issues, risks, and propose solutions to various levels of staff and managementAbility to manage multiple and competing priorities, meet deadlines, and work under pressure in a dynamic and complex environmentStrong collaboration and partnering skillsIntermediate proficiency with Microsoft Excel
