Responsibilities Responsible for designing, building, and optimizing organizational websites and other online applications.Subject Matter Expert (SME) in user centric design processes, micro-service n-tier architecture and/or distributed architecture.Able to translate product requirements into full stack design and architecture.Hands on experience in continuous integration and continuous delivery.Supporting applications with 99% uptime high availability requirements.Strong understanding of federated authentication, claims-based authorization, and public key infrastructure.Conferring with teams to resolve conflicts, prioritize needs, develop content criteria, and choose solutions.Other duties as assigned Qualifications Bachelor’s Degree – Information or Computer Systems a plusMinimum of 10 years of experience providing web-based application development and programming using C#, .NET Framework/.NET Core, HTML, JavaScript, SQL, or other coding languagesDemonstrated experience supporting applications with 99% uptime high availability requirements. Strong understanding of federated authentication, claims-based authorization, and public key infrastructureExperience conferring with teams to resolve conflicts, prioritize needs, develop content criteria, and choose solutionsExperience handling multiple projects at onceExperience taking over management of projects at different levels of completionRelevant certifications such as DoD Directive 8570 compliance or equivalent industry-recognized credentialsMust be a U.S. Citizen and possess a TS/SCI security clearanceMust be able to pass a background check. May require additional background checks as required by projects and/or clients at any time during employment

Preferred Qualifications

Networking Certifications a plusCertified Information Security Manager (CISM) a plusProject Management Professional preferredGood working skills in Remedy trouble ticketing and asset management systemPrevious working experience at DoS is desirable, but not required
