You will be working in multinational and multidisciplinary project teams and provide high quality services to our clients. **Project Work** The role is required to support the delivery of strategic projects/contracts for the Royal Commission of AlUla (RCU). Support RCU and their consultants to ensure that suppliers are delivering on their contract obligations. Management and support of the RCU procurement process. This role is required to provide O&M expertise for RCU projects in FM/AM/City Management specifically in wet utilities infrastructure to support the construction works including testing and commissioning activities to ensure integrated utility systems ready for safe and smooth handover and operation of newly developed utility assets. Technically strong with robust experience in design and construction, calculations and procurement documentation to ensure 100% compliance with the specifications, etc. and delivery of the utility works. Working environment will be the client / CBRE offices and site, based full time in AlUla. **Key Responsibilities** + Experience in working for or with the Saudi National Water Company & knowledge of NWC guidelines / regulations is essential. + Perform reviews of all infrastructure system calculations & documentation to facilitate the department’s vision and goals as well as the project goals are achieved. + Undertake site supervision & visits as requested and report findings. + Attend workshops and meetings in person; participate in VC, audio and/or phone conference calls and other similar meetings with clients, consultants, local authorities and other team members. + Provide specific and comprehensive commentary within each assigned Report. + Prepare written documentation such as; letters, minutes, meeting notes, commentary for reports, schedules, emails and others as required. Ensure all written content are in a diplomatic manner and are based only upon pure facts that have been proven and demonstrated in the industry. + Review documentation deliverables including but not limited to; drawings and specifications at all design phases and determine the following; compliance with the project design brief, project goals and objectives, building code compliance, design optimization, set quality of design is achieved, design efficiency, determine risks and opportunities, determine cost saving solutions, functionality, effective space planning appropriate material selection, quality of coordination of documentation with other disciplines, conduct QAQC and ensure the client receives added value from the design review services. + Conduct Value Engineering assessments and activities as required. + Ensure the clients brief, intention and concerns, the project design brief, goals and objectives are obtained, reviewed and clearly understood so compliance is determined and recorded accurately in the Report. + Contribute to the development and improvement of the departments business, processes, systems, and assist with other tasks that help meet department’s vision, goals and objectives. **Commitment to Values** Ability to adhere to a set of core values and act in line with our CBRE R.I.S.E. values: + RESPECT – Treat everyone with dignity, value their contributions, and help one another succeed. + INTEGRITY – Uphold the highest ethical standards in our business practices. + SERVICE – Dedicate ourselves to making a meaningful impact with our clients and in our communities. + EXCELLENCE – Aspire to be the best in everything we do and drive for continuous improvement. **OUR IDEAL PERSON IS SOMEONE WHO:** + Masters Degree in Mechanical Engineering or equivalent would be a strong advantage + Experience in working for or with the Saudi National Water Company & knowledge of NWC guidelines / regulations is essential and mandatory + A minimum of 10 years’ experience in a similar field/expertise (mandatory) + A minimum of 5 years’ in Saudi Arabia market + Registered with the Saudi Engineering Council + Professional registration with a well recognized Electrical Engineers Society + Is fluent in English, verbal and written with Arabic and other languages being a huge plus CBRE, Inc. is an Equal Opportunity and Affirmative Action Employer (Women/Minorities/Persons with Disabilities/US Veterans)
