Senior Workday Analyst, Core HCM

Position Title: Senior Workday Analyst - Core HCM 

Position Overview:

The Senior Workday Analyst - Core HCM manages and optimizes the Core HCM module in Workday to support HR operations. This role serves as a subject matter expert, ensuring system functionality, data accuracy, and alignment with business needs.

Primary Responsibilities:

Lead configurations, maintenance, and optimization of the Workday Core HCM moduleAnalyze business requirements and design scalable solutions to meet organizational needsConfigure and maintain HCM functionalities with a focus on user experience and automation focusTroubleshoot and resolve system issues to ensure seamless operationsReview and test Workday releases to identify and implement new Core HCM featuresCollaborate with HR and cross-functional teams to support implementations and new enhancementsDocument system configurations, processes, and best practices for reference

Minimum Requirements:

Bachelor’s degree in IT, Human Resources, or a related field6+ years of HRIS experience, with technical expertise in Workday Core HCMStrong communication and collaboration skills to translate business needs into technical solutionsDemonstrated intellectual curiosity, problem-solving abilities, and system thinkingSolid understanding of key HR business processesAbility to adapt in a fast-paced, evolving environment

Preferred Requirements:

Workday certification in Core HCMExperience in global, highly matrixed organization
