Kforce's client, a Hospital and Healthcare facility located in Port Angeles, WA is looking for a Senior Workday Architect. The hospital recently implemented Workday (coming from Infor)and they need someone adept at HCM, Finance, Material Management and AP. Configuration, process improvement, optimization, etc. are all of the utmost importance. This is a fully remote opportunity, but they must work PST hours. Summary: The ideal Workday Architect will serve as both a technical expert and a strategic advisor. They will help optimize existing Workday modules, prioritize, and implement new enhancements, and ensure system stability while addressing the most critical needs in Finance and HCM. Additionally, their ability to manage high volumes of user requests and provide actionable solutions is critical for success in this role. Roles and Responsibilities: Evaluation of Modifications: * Senior Workday Architect will analyze current workflows and configurations to determine if modifications are necessary * Provide strategic guidance on the best approach to implement modifications when required System Stability and Prioritization: * Support prioritization efforts to balance incoming requests for enhancements and fixes while maintaining system stability * Manage and optimize existing features (e.g., benefits module) to ensure they meet operational needs Support for Current and Future Requests: * As a Senior Workday Architect, you will address the increasing volume of requests from end-users for new enhancements and fixes * Guide the organization in prioritizing these requests efficiently
