Senior Workday Functional Lead

The Workday Configuration Product Technologist is an important role to everyone at Citi. The potential impact and influence of this position are felt companywide. **Responsibilities:** + Support all Workday projects, partner with IT organization and ensure process adherence. + Partner with IT Integrations, HR Technology, HR Shared Services, Recruiting, PMO, Analytics, Finance & other key stakeholder groups as needed for operational support, governance, data analysis and projects + Develop deep understanding of complex enterprise-wide data and interdependencies, including those with reporting and downstream integrations + Formulate and define systems scope and objectives for complex projects and foster communication between business leaders and IT + Consult with users and clients to solve complex system issues/problems through in-depth evaluation of business processes, systems and industry standards and recommends solutions + Support system change processes from requirements through implementation and provide input based on analysis of information + Identify and communicate risks and impacts, considering business implications of the application of technology to the current business environment. **Qualifications:** + 5 years of experience in similar roles. + 3 plus years working in a **large complex global technology** environment, ideally finance services. + Experience with **Workday taxonomies: Performance and Compensation** . + A demonstrated history around **Yearly Performance and Compensation Life Cycle** and **HR data, global employee data privacy** + Deep understanding of Workday functionality for a specific area of responsibility: **Performance and Compensation** + Understanding the configuration of calculated fields, condition rules, business processes and eligibility rules + Understanding of integrations although primarily handled by IT team. + Experience in data analysis with intermediate/advanced Microsoft Office Suite skills. + Proven ability to manage multiple activities and build/develop working relationships. + Demonstrated ability to work under pressure to meet tight deadlines and approach work methodically with attention to detail. + Experience in managing Workday Feature Releases **Education:** + Bachelor's degree/University degree or equivalent experience - Fluent English ------------------------------------------------------ **Job Family Group:** Technology ------------------------------------------------------ **Job Family:** Technology Product Management ------------------------------------------------------ **Time Type:** Full time ------------------------------------------------------ Citi is an equal opportunity and affirmative action employer.
