Detailed Scope of work
• We are looking for a Senior Workday integration consultant
• The candidate should have, at least, 3 years of experience in Workday integration development including post-production support and integrating systems with third-party vendors
• The candidate should have solid knowledge and experience with Workday integration stack (Workday connectors, EIB, Data Transformation, Workday Studio, Workday Data Migration Methodology, Calculated Fields, PECI/ WECI connectors, RaaS, Workday Security)
• The candidate should have standard integration technology stack knowledge (XML, XSLT, JSON, basic Java and Web Services, SOAP, REST)
• The candidate should have Workday certifications (HCM, Integration, CCTPP, Studio, Extend) are preferred, /Must have active Workday Integration Certification.
• The candidate should have Business Process Knowledge: Understand how business processes are configured and managed within Workday.
• The candidate must be able to provide training to key users
• The candidate must be excellent in problem-solving and analytical skills.
• The candidate must be able to run unit tests, integration tests and support users during the “User Acceptance Test” (UAT)
• The candidate must be able to document business requirements or integrations changes/new projects in Confluence.
• Knowledge in Agile methodologies.
• The candidate must be fluent in Spanish and in English. French is a plus
• Flexible to work in a multi-language and multi-cultural environment
• Great communication abilities
