The Role

We are seeking a skilled Senior Workday Systems Analyst to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in Workday reporting and analytics, with the ability to design, develop, and implement complex reports and dashboards to support our organization’s HR and financial needs. This role requires a deep understanding of Workday's reporting tools, excellent analytical skills, and the ability to work closely with cross-functional teams to meet business requirements.

Key Responsibilities

Report Development:Design, develop, and maintain complex custom reports using Workday Report Writer, Workday Prism Analytics, and other reporting tools.Create and configure dashboards, scorecards, and metrics that support business processes and decision-making.Optimize and troubleshoot existing reports for performance and accuracy.Data Analysis:Analyze business requirements and translate them into technical specifications for reporting and analytics.Collaborate with business stakeholders to understand their reporting needs and provide data-driven insights.Ensure data accuracy, integrity, and security in all reports and dashboards.System Administration:Maintain and support the Workday reporting environment, including security and configuration settings.Perform regular system audits to ensure data quality and compliance with internal policies and regulations.Stay updated with Workday releases and enhancements, assessing their impact on existing reports and processes.Collaboration & Communication:Work closely with HR, finance, and IT teams to gather requirements and deliver solutions that meet business objectives.Provide training and support to end-users on how to use reports and dashboards effectively.Document report specifications, design processes, and procedures.

Required Qualifications

Education & Experience:Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Business Administration, or a related field.Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in Workday reporting and analytics.Technical Skills:Proficiency in Workday Report Writer, Advanced Report Writer, and Calculated Fields.Experience with Workday Prism Analytics and other Workday reporting tools.Strong knowledge of SQLUnderstanding of HR and financial business processes within Workday.Soft Skills:Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and critical-thinking skills.Strong communication and interpersonal skills.Ability to work independently and as part of a team.Detail-oriented with a strong focus on accuracy and quality.

Preferred Qualifications

Workday certification in reporting or analytics.Experience with Workday integrations and data migration.Familiar with Workday’s business process framework and security setup.
