In this role, you will serve as the integral part within PAE's Office of the Vice Chancellor department, reporting to the Director of Communications, Alumni Annual Giving and Engagement.
Key responsibilities include:
WorkcloselywithdivisionandUniversitycolleaguestoengagealumni.CollaboratewithpartnerssuchasthePittAlumniAssociation,AlumniAnnualGiving,regionalcampuses,andschools.Assistwithcommunicationsforlarge-scalecampustraditions(e.g.,Homecoming,LanternNight,PittDayofGiving).SupportPAEsocialmediaeffortsasneeded.Developandexecutemulti-channelcommunicationsplans.Createcontentforprint,socialmedia,anddigitalplatforms(email,web,text).Writeandproofreadcopy;directdesign;managevideoproductionandscriptwriting;handlephotomanagement.Implementbestpracticesfordigitalcommunications.Utilizeexperienceinemailcommunicationsandsocialmediacreation.CollaboratewithahighlycollegialandorganizedapproachtomeettheneedsanddeadlinesofpartnersacrosstheUniversity.Maintainflexibilityandadaptabilityincreativework.Why Join Us?
