We are looking for an experienced Sensor Database Developer with solid Linux system engineering skills. **Sensor Database Developer Requirements Includes:** + Design, build, and maintain SQL-based application infrastructure. + Provide data modeling experience. + Support distributed data persistence and reporting. + Configure relational database servers for data collection and analysis. + Provides customer with day-to-day stable, and optimally designed, tested and implemented database environment that allows collection and analysis of diverse data. + Ensure that all databases’ environments are deployed, maintained and managed via proactive monitoring of performance and capacity planning. + Interface with application development, testing, and operational support teams on production/development issues to ensure that all database related issues are resolved to customer satisfaction. **Minimum Qualifications** : + 2+ years’ Experience developing applications in Linux environment; Red Hat Enterprise Linux (RHEL), Debian, SUSE, etc. + 2+ years’ experience in BASH scripting + 5+ years’ experience developing applications using C/C++, C#, Java. + 2+ years’ experience in MySQL, PostgreSQL, or MariaDB database development, installation, deployment, and upgrade procedures + Source code management experience (Git, SVN, RTC) and the CI/CD pipepline + Degree in Computer Science or equivalent with 5+ years professional experience + Active Secret Clearance + CompTIA Security+ (or EQV) **Preferred Qualifications:** + 5+ years Engineering of Enterprise grade Database systems such as Sybase, Oracle, MS SQL Server, Open-source Databases such as MySQL, MariaDB, MongoDB.
