We are looking for a Sensor Development Engineer (f/m/d)  to join our team and develop the next generation of highly sensitive flow sensors, thus actively shaping the future of industrial measurement technology. You will become part of Endress+Hauser Flow, a world-leading center of excellence in flow measurement technology that develops innovative solutions for a wide range of industries.

Which tasks will you perform? 
You will:

design, develop and verify highly sensitive ultrasonic flow sensors. actively support the entire development process – from the initial idea to series production. ensure the integration of the sensor solution into the overall system, including prototype construction, test specifications and validation. further develop and optimize existing products. coordinate with various stakeholders across disciplines. work in interdisciplinary project teams and jointly develop innovative solutions.

 

What do we expect from you?
You:

have a degree in physics, electrical engineering, mechatronics or a comparable field of study. have experience in the development of sensory or mechatronic systems. have knowledge in the use of development tools; experience with numerical simulation (FEM, CFD) is an advantage. are ideally familiar with the design of ultrasonic transducers. can independently analyze and solve complex problems. are a strong team player and appreciate creative freedom. have good communication skills in German or English.
