**Job Description** BAE Systems is seeking an exceptional, Program Manager for an exciting opportunity to support the Air Force's acquisition of the next generation Intercontinental Ballistic Missile (ICBM). Tell me about this job. This Program Manager will work with a highly skilled team providing critical program management and business analysis expertise to the Integrated Support Contract. This position will assess and review systems engineering products developed by the Prime contractor in order to ensure compliance to U.S. Government (USG) standards for the Sentinel weapon system. This position also entails training USG personnel in using IBM s Rational DOORS and manipulating data within the software. In this position you will be instrumental in interviewing and hiring systems engineers maintaining a technically superior team, while also developing strategic planning for USG approaches toward oversight of the new generation weapon system. Join an extraordinary company culture and the winning team to success this year and for years to come. \#ASFS **Required Education, Experience, & Skills** + B.S. with 10 years of Program Management experience or Masters with 8 years of Program Management experience. + Demonstrated leadership skills with at least 6 years of progressive responsibility. + Proactive person with a positive attitude and a team player mentality. + Highly organized with acute attention to detail. + Possess a willingness to learn while also sharing your current knowledge/skills. + Proactively provides ideas/thoughts (your ideas are valued here!). + Values brainstorming and changing the status quo. + Possesses both strategic thinking skills and tactical execution skills. + Experience in managing program(s) cost, schedule, and/or performance. + Strong communication skills. + Must have current Secret security clearance (adjudicated within the past 6 years) or higher and be eligible to obtain and maintain a Secret clearance and all required Special Program accesses. **Preferred Education, Experience, & Skills** + Prior experience with DoD Acquisitions Programs and/or weapons systems. + Specific ICBM weapon system experience a plus. + ABET accredited STEM degree in Engineering, Math, Physics, Analysis, or Statistics a plus. + INCOSE ASEP/CSEP certification a plus. + PMP a plus. + Supporting Senior leaders in the daily management of a large workforce. + Record of attracting and maintaining technical staff. **Pay Information** Full-Time Salary Range: $103590 - $176130 Please note: This range is based on our market pay structures. However, individual salaries are determined by a variety of factors including, but not limited to: business considerations, local market conditions, and internal equity, as well as candidate qualifications, such as skills, education, and experience.
