**Job Description** BAE Systems is seeking an exceptional, Program Manager for an exciting opportunity to support the Air Force's acquisition of the next generation Intercontinental Ballistic Missile (ICBM). Tell me about this job. This Program Manager will work with a highly skilled team providing critical program management and business analysis expertise to the Integrated Support Contract. This position will assess and review systems engineering products developed by the Prime contractor in order to ensure compliance to U.S. Government (USG) standards for the Sentinel weapon system. This position also entails training USG personnel in using IBM s Rational DOORS and manipulating data within the software. In this position you will be instrumental in interviewing and hiring systems engineers maintaining a technically superior team, while also developing strategic planning for USG approaches toward oversight of the new generation weapon system. However, individual salaries are determined by a variety of factors including, but not limited to: business considerations, local market conditions, and internal equity, as well as candidate qualifications, such as skills, education, and experience.
