Northrop Grumman is seeking a **Systems Integration Test Engineering Manager 3** . This position will be located in **Roy, Utah or Huntsville, Alabama** and will support the **Sentinel program** .

**What You** **’** **ll Get To Do:**
As a Systems Integration Test Engineering Manager 3 you will be the leader for a team of test engineers. These engineers will perform test planning, test procedure development, test execution, and test reporting of Command and Control integrated software and hardware products.
**Responsibilities include:**
+ Leads a team of front-line Test Managers and individual contributors in support of product integration and verification
+ Develops and directs preparation and execution of HW/SW integration activities to support comprehensive tests and schedules for completing systems
+ Coordinates integration and testing activities working in a dynamic people-focused environment
+ Oversees integration and coordination with lab operations teams
+ Develops integration plans, test processes and integration of HW/SW units
+ Responsible for CDRL deliveries aligned with Test Planning Working Group and Verification reporting requirements.
+ Ensures members have sufficient statement of work and resources are balanced across various efforts.

This position’s standard work schedule is a 9/80. The 9/80 schedule allows employees who work a nine-hour day Monday through Thursday to take every other Friday off.
**You** **’** **ll Bring These Qualifications:**
+ 8 years of relevant experience with a Bachelors Degree; 6 years with a Masters; 4 additional years of experience may be considered in lieu of a degree.
+ Must have an active U.S. Government DoD Secret security clearance at time of application, current and within scope, with an ability to obtain and maintain Special Access Program (SAP) approval within a reasonable period of time, as determined by the company to meet its business need
+ Minimum 3 years in a formal management position
+ Minimum 1 year managing test programs
+ Minimum 1 year managing software development programs
**These Qualifications Would be Nice to Have:**
+ US Citizenship with an Active Top-Secret Clearance or higher (awarded within the past 6 years) with the ability to receive a Special Access Program (SAP) certification.
+ Previous access to SAP
+ Effectively communicate and present to project and program management, other technical managers, and customers
+ Excellent technical writing skills, and team building skills
+ Subcontractor technical oversight experience
+ Demonstrated experience leading a team of technical contributors
+ Experience with the Sentinel weapon system, especially Command & Launch
+ Familiarity with Software Test Lifecycle in an agile environment
+ 1+ year experience in EVMS in an Agile environment
+ Experience with Confluence and JIRA
+ Strong ability to communicate unique problems and recommend potential process/business solutions in an Agile environment
+ Successful track record of program performance, interpersonal team building skills, and management experience

**Salary Range:** $146,800 - $243,500
The above salary range represents a general guideline; however, Northrop Grumman considers a number of factors when determining base salary offers such as the scope and responsibilities of the position and the candidate's experience, education, skills and current market conditions.
Depending on the position, employees may be eligible for overtime, shift differential, and a discretionary bonus in addition to base pay. Annual bonuses are designed to reward individual contributions as well as allow employees to share in company results. Employees in Vice President or Director positions may be eligible for Long Term Incentives. In addition, Northrop Grumman provides a variety of benefits including health insurance coverage, life and disability insurance, savings plan, Company paid holidays and paid time off (PTO) for vacation and/or personal business.
