As a SerDes PHY System Engineer, you will be a critical member of our team, responsible for designing and developing the physical layer components of high-speed SerDes systems. Your expertise will be essential in ensuring the performance and reliability of our SerDes technology.

Key Responsibilities:
1. SerDes PHY Design: Lead the design and development of the physical layer of SerDes systems, encompassing transmitter and receiver architectures, equalization techniques, and signal integrity.

2. Simulation and Validation: Perform extensive simulations and lab testing to validate the performance and compliance of the SerDes PHY, optimizing it for high-speed data transmission.
3. Calibration Techniques: Develop and implement calibration methods to optimize the performance of the SerDes PHY, ensuring high-quality data transmission.
4. Collaboration: Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including digital design, hardware, and software, to ensure the seamless integration of the PHY layer into the overall SerDes system.
5. Documentation: Maintain comprehensive and up-to-date documentation of design specifications, test plans, and results.
6. Problem-Solving: Address and resolve complex technical issues related to the SerDes PHY, ensuring optimal performance.
7. Quality Assurance: Implement quality control measures and best practices to maintain the reliability and robustness of the SerDes PHY.


Qualifications
BSc in Electrical Engineering, MSc in relevant fields is an advantage.At least 5 years of experience in communication systems wired or wireless. Must have experience and passion to lab work, working with people and finding solutions.Knowledge and experience in scripting and programming languages.Experience in Silicon development, Serdes technologies is an advantage .Excellent problem-solving abilities and strong analytical skills.Independent and self-motivated capable of executing in uncertainty environment.Leadership and ability to drive forward activities in matrix organization.

Working Model
