Job Description To wait on tables promptly, courteously and to serve the guest in any way possible. Responsibilities Essential Functions: + Have full knowledge of all menus and beverage menus. + Have full knowledge of responsible alcohol service. + Have full knowledge and certification in safe food handling practices. + Proper setup and breakdown of area and service station. + Clean floors of dining room and bar area. + Complete restaurant set-up and breakdown/side-work. + Provide the highest quality guest interactions – Use guest names during interactions. + Keep working area neat and clean. + Take food and beverage orders from guests. + Enter in orders to the computer ensuring accuracy and timeliness. + Prepare beverages quickly and efficiently, following written and visual standards. + Follow service standards and best practices at all times. + Demonstrate excellent teamwork with other departments and associates. + Perform any other duties as assigned by the restaurant manager or supervisors. + Shovel Ice into ice cart. Push and pull ice cart to pool locations. + Perform Pool sweeps to ensure cleanliness of pool deck.
