What We're Looking For

High school diploma or GED Hospitality experience Fine dining serving experience preferred Exceptional customer service skills Excellent communication skills

What You’ll Do as a Fine Dining Server

Prepare tables with special attention to sanitation and order Clean and prepare tables for the following shift Attend to customers upon entrance Instruct guests to buffet dining process Refill drinks as needed Collaborate with other servers and kitchen/bar staff Address complaints or problems with a positive attitude Assist with dining needs during meals without interrupting business meetings Perform wake-up calls during morning shift, if requested Perform other tasks as assigned
