They are to provide the members with the most enjoyable dining experience and must be attentive and prompt in all aspects of the dining experience. They are to be responsible for making sure that cleanliness in all food service locations is achieved and maintained on a consistent basis to provide the highest level of guest satisfaction in cleanliness and service, within established time limits.
