Job Description

We are seeking a professional and friendly Server to join our team in Victor, United States. As a Server, you will play a crucial role in ensuring our guests have an exceptional dining experience by providing efficient, organized, and customer-focused service.

Greet and seat guests, presenting menus and answering questions about menu items, specials, and beveragesTake accurate food and beverage orders, communicating effectively with kitchen staffServe food and drinks in a timely and professional mannerEnsure guest satisfaction by anticipating needs and responding promptly to requestsProcess payments accurately using the Point of Sale (POS) systemMaintain cleanliness and organization of dining areas, including setting and clearing tablesCollaborate with team members to ensure smooth service operationsAdhere to food safety and sanitation guidelinesAssist with side work duties as assignedHandle guest concerns or complaints professionally and efficiently$16 - $17/hr

QualificationsPrevious food service experience preferred, but not required (training will be provided)Ability to obtain and maintain required food handling/sanitation licenses and certificatesExcellent communication skills in English, both verbal and writtenBasic computer skills for operating POS and payroll systemsStrong decision-making and problem-solving abilitiesPositive and friendly demeanor with a customer-focused attitudePhysical stamina to stand and walk for extended periodsAbility to carry trays and plates efficientlyExcellent attention to detail and multitasking skillsFlexibility to work various shifts, including weekends and holidaysTeam-oriented mindset with the ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced environmentHigh school diploma or equivalent (preferred)
