What We're Looking For

High school diploma or GED  Previous experience in hospitality  Fine dining serving experience is a plus Strong customer service skills with a focus on creating a positive guest experience Excellent verbal and interpersonal communication skills

What You’ll Do as a Fine Dining Server

Set up tables with a focus on cleanliness, sanitation, and proper organization Reset and prepare tables for the next shift efficiently Greet and assist customers upon arrival Provide clear instructions on the buffet dining process Refill beverages promptly and as needed Work collaboratively with servers, kitchen staff, and bar staff to ensure smooth operations Handle customer complaints or concerns professionally and with a positive attitude Assist guests with dining needs discreetly, ensuring minimal disruption during business meetings Perform wake-up calls during morning shifts upon request Complete additional tasks
