Job Description

In this administrator position, you will support the technical needs of both internal and external customers to create and maintain solutions on premise or in cloud to meet performance expectations and align with security requirements.  Office365, Teams, SharePoint, backup, recovery, and support tasks for on premise or cloud environments.  All activities and tasks will be conducted with utmost respect, professionalism, and courtesy.

 

Essential Duties and Responsibilities:

 

Configuration and/or installation of Servers and SoftwareMonitoring and Management of Servers and Network PerformanceMonitor and respond to network, server, storage related alarmsCross functional coordination with server, storage, workstation, and application areas with emphasis on security complianceManagement ReportingCreation and Maintenance of Server/Network DocumentationCreation and Maintenance of Processes and ProceduresOffice365, Teams, SharePoint setup, security, and monitoringPerforms related duties as assigned or requested.

 

 

Qualifications

MUST REQUIREMENTS to be considered:

 

4+ years of experience working as a server administrator working with all the following technologies: 

 

Experience with Office365 and SharePoint AdministrationPowerShell scriptingActive directoryAntivirus and security toolsNetworking R&SBackup Solutions

 

-Bachelor's degree in systems engineering or related IT field.

 

-Advanced English level

 

Desired but not required:

 

Experience with various monitoring software (SolarWinds, Nagios, QRadar, SNOW, Tufins etc)Experience with NextGen Firewalls (Fortinet, Cisco)Experience with Citrix, Xenapp, VDI and NetScalerExperience with Hypervisors like VMWareCertifications: CompTIA Server+, Azure Certifications, Office365 certification, CompTIA Network+, CompTIA Security+.
