Job Description A Client/Employer in Collierville, TN is looking to hire a full-time Server Administrator to manage and maintain the organization's Linux, Windows, and VMware environments. The server administrator will be required to sit onsite M-F and will be responsible for server management, system maintenance, security, troubleshooting, and automation and optimization for their server systems. This individual will need to have a strong understanding of networking concepts, ability to troubleshoot complex server issues and contribute to the overall IT infrastructure strategy. Skills and Requirements - Minimum 3 years of experience as a Server Administrator - Strong knowledge of Windows Server and Linux (Ubuntu, CentOS, Red Hat) - Hands-on experience with VMware (vSphere, ESXi, vCenter) - Strong understanding of networking concepts (TCP/IP, DNS, VLANs, etc.) - Prior experience with backup and disaster recovery solutions - Excellent communication, problem-solving, and interpersonal skills - College Degree (Preferred) - Relevant certifications such as Microsoft Certified: Windows Server, Red Hat Certified System Administrator (RHCSA), or VMware Certified Professional (VCP). - Experience with automation tools - Knowledge of cloud platforms null We are a company committed to creating diverse and inclusive environments where people can bring their full, authentic selves to work every day.
