Assists servers in their tasksEnsures all service stations in the kitchen are stocked and ready for serviceRemoves soiled dishes from table; brings to dish washing areaCompletes set up and teardown of dining events as assignedCarry food trays to tables using the correct seat positions on the ticketPlace entrée to the correct seat positions accordinglySets tables with silverware, glassware and other itemsPolishes silverware before and after shiftsCleans dining room areasStocks servers’ station with suppliesBuild solid relationship with your Colleagues Treat colleagues with respect and dignityOther duties and responsibilities may be assigned.
