Server Assistant plays a crucial role in ensuring an exceptional dining experience for guests by maintaining the cleanliness and order of the dining area. This position involves clearing tables, setting up for new guests, and assisting the wait staff as needed.
Key Responsibilities:
Clear and reset tables promptly after guests depart.
Remove used tableware, clean table surfaces, and replace soiled linens.
Assist with setting up and maintaining the cleanliness of the dining area, including the arrangement of tables and chairs.
Replenish clean tableware, napkins, and other dining supplies as needed.
Support wait staff by delivering food and beverages when necessary.
Maintain cleanliness in common areas, such as the service stations and restrooms.
Respond to guest requests or concerns in a courteous and professional manner.
Assist with any additional tasks as directed by the Restaurant Manager or Supervisor.
Qualifications:
