Job Description
Consistently offer professional, friendly and engaging serviceMaintain stock and cleanliness of stations for all meal periods with necessary equipment including silverware, linen and condimentsQuickly clear dirty table settings and prepare table for resetting.  Promptly and consistently reset all service ware as instructedTransport all dirty tableware from dining room to dishwashing area for proper cleaningSweep floors between guests and service accordinglyClean up spills and debris off the floor during and between serviceDiscard trash to appropriate locationMaintain cleanliness and organization of workstationsEnsure Plate presentation as per standardsExpedite food orders when necessaryEngage and genuinely interact with guests while anticipating their needsExplain food and beverage items in detail to our guestsFollow all hotel standards, LQA standards, and Forbes 5 Stars standards while conducting self-audits to ensure 100% compliance on all interactions with guests.Act as point of contact between Front of the House and Heart of the House including StewardingSupport and assist Servers, Bartenders, Chefs, and ManagersControl costs and wasteMaintain order on pick up side of lineMaintain cleanliness and organization of lineBe proactive by assisting co-workersServe courses correctlyBe familiar with all menu items and aspects and services of the propertyClear excess dishes on table to maintain clean and orderly appearanceExceed guest’s expectationsOther duties as assigned
Qualifications
Must have minimum one year of customer service experience, preferably in upscale F&B environmentMust have exceptional organizational qualities and skillsMust have friendly, helpful, engaging mannerAble to work flexible hours, weekends, and holidaysHigh school diploma or equivalentMust Pass Food, Beverage and Service Knowledge Quizzes and Skill tests
