A Server Assistant/Expo plays a crucial role in maintaining the flow between the kitchen and the dining area, ensuring that all dishes are properly garnished, plated, and timely delivered to guests. 

\n

What will I be doing?

\n

 Specifically, you would be responsible for performing the following tasks to the highest standards:

\n\nAssist in the preparation of tables for dining, including, but not limited to, folding napkins, cleaning and placing tableware, serving water, etc.\nExpedite food orders and run trays from the kitchen to guests in the dining room and bar\nStock, maintain and clean designated food station(s)\nAssist food server(s) with table service, including, but not limited to, serving beverages, appetizers, etc.\nAssist servers and bussers with clearing tables \nAssist servers with greeting and seating guests in the absence of a Host\nRespond to guest inquiries and requests and resolve issues in a timely, friendly and efficient manner\n

This position is eligible for $1,000 New Hire Incentive (provided the candidate is a new hire and not a rehire or Hilton-managed transfer.)
