The Venue
Legends is the food and beverage provider at Truist Stadium, home to the Winston-Salem Dash baseball team.
The Role
Server - Club Level
Servers on the Club Level are responsible to provide exceptional guest service to our club members. Servers provide drink and food service during events at the stadium.
Primary Responsibilities
Provide our guests with personal service and attention to detail that will exceed their expectations. Follow the Legends Service Standards Work as a team with co-workers and other departments within Stadium Perform all Opening, Closing and Side Work duties as assigned Adhere to all Legends Uniform and Grooming GuidelinesRequirements
Ability to interact with co-workers in order to assure compliance with company service standards. Must have basic knowledge of food and beverage preparations, service standards, guest relations and etiquette. Ability to multitask in a fast paced, team orientated setting. Must be able to obtain responsible alcohol service certification Demonstrates excellent guest service skills Must have sufficient mobility to perform assigned production tasks including constant reaching, bending, stooping, wiping, pushing, and pulling for extended periods of time Requires occasional lifting, carrying, pushing, pulling of up to 25lbs Must be able to read, speak and write English Language in order to communicate with guests. Practice safe work habits, follow all safety policies and procedures and regulations, complete company-wide safety training and additional job specific safety training
