Overview Provides friendly and efficient food and beverage service to restaurant guests in accordance with outlet standards. Assuring that guests have an exceptional, exciting and fun dining experience. Responsibilities Responsible for acknowledging guest in a friendly and timely manner while consistently maintaining a high level of standards. Responsible for obtaining payment for food and beverage service. Responsible for providing introductions, taking orders from guests, recommending food choices (suggestive selling), and presenting food in accordance with outlet standards. Assisting with clearing tables, transporting dirty dishes, and all other aspects of service to ensure the satisfaction of the whole dining experience. Maintain dining room and workstation cleanliness, sanitation and organization throughout and at end of shift. Ensure the safety and security of employees and guests. Other duties as assigned. Qualifications A High School Diploma or GED equivalent is required. Six months’ experience in Dining Room operations beneficial. On-the-job training available.
