About the role:

As a Server Systems Engineer on TQL’s IT Infrastructure Team, you will be joining a close-knit group of Server Engineer’s. Our Server Engineer’s design, install, maintain, repair and upgrade infrastructure compute.

What you’ll be doing: 

\n\nDeploy Server Systems: Implement server solutions both virtual and physical to meet organizational needs.\nMonitor and Maintain Servers: Ensure optimal performance and availability.\nTroubleshoot Issues: Resolve server-related problems promptly.\nImplement Security Measures: Perform updates and patching for firmware and bios upgrades.\nCollaborate with IT Teams: Work with other departments to support business operations.\nOptimize Performance: Improve server efficiency and resource utilization.\nProject Execution: execute, and oversee server-related projects, including upgrades, migrations, and new implementations. \nDocumentation: Develop and maintain documentation for server systems and processes.

What you need: 

\n\nAbility to provide on call support.\nDatacenter experience racking servers and running cables.\nVMware experience\nStorage and backup, Citrix, and Exchange Online experience is a plus\n3+ years’ experience as a Server Engineer\nBachelor’s degree or equivalent amount of relevant work experience   \nAbility to travel as needed.
