Focus on service selling, qualification and expansion of existing contracts. Sales can be made through multichannel, inbound and/or outbound sales activities. This position is part of the **North America Commercial Service** located in **Loveland, CO,** and will be **remote** from your home office. We will have some on-site meetings throughout the year. **In this role, a typical day will look like:** + Responsible for managing and growing a service territory with a challenging, yet achievable growth target. + Engage clients and prospects via phone to identify sales opportunities for closure using funnel management techniques, for the development and growth of individual sales territory. This includes but is not limited to, providing quotations, cross-selling, up-selling, and minimizing discounting where possible. + Populate and maintain the highest standards of data integrity in Salesforce. + Engage in department Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) through visual management and countermeasures where appropriate. **The essential requirements of the job include:** + 3 years minimum sales experience, progressive telesales experience **selling services** in a business-to-business environment. + Proven ability at cross-selling and up-selling; demonstrated experience increasing revenue within existing accounts by broadening and deepening solution placement. + Strong working knowledge of Salesforce + Knowledge of the operation of plants and/or laboratories, water testing requirements and procedures, and/or water control regulations that apply to plants helpful. The compensation range for this role is $28.00 - $30.00 USD per hour. This job is also eligible for Incentive Pay.
