Position Overview
As a Service Account Manager at Legend Companies, your primary objective is to achieve sales and operational goals by focusing on client retention, overall satisfaction, and developing new service revenue. This includes managing a portion of the company’s existing client base while driving new business through maintenance agreement sales.
Key Responsibilities
Cultivate a strong sense of urgency and a results-driven mindset. Understand and align with company-wide, departmental, and individual goals. Serve as the primary account manager and point of contact for your assigned client portfolio, managing service contracts, projects, customer follow-ups, complaints, collections, and contract renewals. Drive revenue growth by leveraging existing relationships, building new connections, and providing accurate and responsible budgets, bids, and estimates to secure sales. Maintain a targeted revenue level of preventative maintenance agreements to support service objectives. Collaborate with all departments to identify and pursue growth opportunities. Build and nurture long-lasting, trusted customer relationships. Ensure seamless transitions from sales to the service operations team by preparing comprehensive and relevant information. Proactively notify the service manager of any customer-related issues. Promote and uphold Legend Companies' mission, vision, and values in all interactions. Adhere to all company policies and procedures.
Qualifications
3-5 years of experience in mechanical service Commitment to continuous personal and professional development to stay current with industry trends. Proficiency with Microsoft Office, including Word, Excel, and related tools. Strong written and verbal communication skills. Previous experience in account management or sales is preferred.What We Offer:
