In this vital role, you will communicate with our Service Customers to make sure that their needs are met. As a Service Administrator for our Service Department, you will be an important point of contact and an integral part in ensuring customer satisfaction and retention.

What will you be doing?

Answering inbound phone calls, and tend to customer needsFollow up with via phone, email, and textGeneral administrative duties, as assignedMaintain outstanding phone etiquetteProvide a best-in-class customer experienceWarranty ScanningCashieringLoaner Vehicle Administration

The Pay Range for this position is $19-$22 per hour.

Actual pay offered may vary depending on skills, experience, job-related knowledge, and location.
