We’re looking for a Service Administrator who will be based in the Singapore office. The role will be focusing on supporting the service department with the administration of service-related procedures and monitor full compliance of service and repair schedules in line with Aggreko procedures ensuring high quality customer service.

Creating, monitoring and updating service order of Aggreko’s Fleet on daily basisCreating purchase requisition of parts for repairs and maintenance of Aggreko’s productsLiaise with the different teams/departments to ensure smooth daily operationsManaging and maintaining technical staff’s training records and programsRecord and action responses to service calls in the absence of service engineers.Ensure service technicians are fully equipped to work at customer sites (passes/permits)Maintain all records pertaining to breakdowns, equipment status, service hours and spillages.Compile monthly service department reports (QHSE & ISO) for regional officePreparing documents such as data sheets, user manuals offshore service reports, service stickers for customerYou’ll have the following skills and experience:
Minimum 3 years of experience in service order managementWell-developed interpersonal and communication skillsEffective planning organizational and time management skillsQuality oriented with attention to details and capable of working to deadlinesAbility to work with own initiative and independently to meet expectationsFind out more and apply now.
