Service Administrator

Our Global Services function is hiring for a Service Administrator to serve as the primary point of contact for Billable Service activities, including but not limited to, managing the Billable Service inbox, quoting, processing, and managing billable cases, and following up on purchase orders.

Duties and Responsibilities

Ensure timely research, root cause resolution and respond to pricing inquiries from internal and external customers in specified turn-around time Identify continuous improvement opportunities related to billable service case and work order management, pricing, quoting, and approval/invoicing process. Manage billable service reporting and quote/estimate generation Process Billable Service work order approvals and invoicing  Process Credit and Debits relating to Billable Service Collaborate and build strong relationships with internal teams to ensure the processes, reports, and systems best address internal and external needs and meet system requirements. Manage KPI reports  Serve as the subject matter expert for billable service quoting and case/work order dispatch  Serve as testing lead for Billable Service Participate and engage in product training opportunities and product launches to ensure knowledge is up to date for best supporting our internal and external customers. Participate in ad hoc projects focused on continuous improvement. May provide on the job training to fellow team members, as applicable.

Superior communication skills – verbal, written and presentational Strong interpersonal and organization skills, focusing on our internal and external customer Acute attention to detail and accuracy Ability to adapt in a fast-paced environment  Ability adapts easily in a changing environment Problem analysis and solving ability  Demonstrated strength in achieving great customer experience Passion for customer success in a competitive and changing market.  Solid knowledge of Microsoft Office, especially Word and Excel  Working knowledge of ERP preferred and the ability to learn other computer programs a must SalesForce.com experience desired High energy, self-motived, proactive, goal oriented and enthusiastic personality 

Education and Required Experience

Bachelor's Degree is preferred Minimum 3 years of relevant work experience supporting a sales organization or customer service. Experience working with Oracle or similar ERP system Experience working with Salesforce or similar CRM system Experience working with and supporting service, sales and/or contracts in the healthcare industry is strongly preferred

The annualized base salary range for this hourly role is $47,000 - $70,500 and is bonus eligible. Final compensation packages will ultimately depend on factors including relevant experience, skillset, knowledge, geography, education, business needs and market demand.
