This Service Administrator is a specialized and highly focused individual that facilitates the day-to-day administration activities and a problem solver to help the team meeting and exceeding the required level of service, performance, orders, and revenue targets that our business demands. The Service Administrator acts as an interface between the Field Service and Sales, cross functional and front-line teams and its contribution is crucial to the success of the installation and service of our products.

This position reports to the Manager, Service Administration/Customer Service and is part of the Customer Service Team located in Redwood City, CA and will be ONSITE five days a week. 

In this role, you will have the opportunity to:

Specialize on the execution of reports daily/weekly/monthly; new booked and shipped orders, KPIs and Time & Material service requests. Execute on customer requests, via phone, fax, email, or other electronic means. Comfortable training new associates.Responsible of the consistency and integrity of the regional Install Base, including warranty records. Responsible of maintaining regional metrics in good standing and as per team’s protocols.Specialist in facilitating the instrument replacement and coordinating the successful return of serialized components. Drives revenue recognition though the Instrument acceptance documentation and more.

The essential requirements of the job include:

Associate's degree (A.A) with 2+ years of relevant experience OR High School Diploma (GED equivalent) with 4+ years of relevant experience."Relevant experience" is defined as hands-on experience in Service Administration, Customer Service, Sales Administration or similar roleDemonstrated experience representing team in new product launch conversations, projects and process improvements and events

It would be a plus if you also possess previous experience in:

Analytical skills to solve practical problems and deal with a variety of situations where limited standardization existsExperience in MS Office suite, Salesforce.com, Oracle 12, TEAMS, Miro

The hourly range for this role is $31.00-$35.00 per hour. This is the range that we in good faith believe is the range of possible compensation for this role at the time of this posting. This range may be modified in the future.

This job is eligible for bonus/incentive pay.
